HLN have provided Engineering services to the Dorchester Hotel since 2015.  Works on the nine-storey hotel have been various including building evaluations to review building utilization and loading capacity; design and detailing of a 2-storey steel frame extension to be added to the 8th floor roof; loading reviews associated with internal layout alterations and the redesign of a new Main entrance Canopy.

Works remain ongoing with the two-storey extension due to commence in late 2021.
